Self-Paced Program

Participants are provided online materials to complete at their own pace. 

Includes Foundations, Strategic Customer CareSales Management and Leadership for Organizational Excellence.  

 

Structured Program

Participants are provided online materials and follow instructions provided by Dunn Enterprises to complete the course.  Some private or corporate coaching can be incorporated into the agreement. Dunn Enterprises will provide guidance throughout the on-line program helping keep you on track to completion.

Instructor-Led Program

Participants will attend private or public instruction delivered by Jim Dunn at Dunn Enterprises' training facility in Ballantyne or virtually via Zoom.  Coaching and structure is provided.
