The History of Dunn Enterprises

Dunn Enterprises is a Sales Force Development firm specializing in Sales and Management Training; additionally Jim Dunn has been a regional franchise owner of Sandler Training since 1992.  Dunn Enterprises' Mission is to help people and companies realize their full potential and to train and coach business professionals who believe in growth achieved through on-going reinforcement.  Sandler teaches a consultative, interactive selling system based on mutual respect and authentic communication addressing the three principles of sales success:  Attitude, Behavior and Technique. (It is a breath of fresh air compared to timeworn training using manipulation and canned closing lines.)  Sandler Training's style is unique in that it is interactive and includes lectures, case studies, technique practice, role playing and problem solving sessions based on clients' real world situations.

Beginning his selling career after graduating from East Carolina University with a BS BA in Management, Jim Dunn was in competitive (territorial) healthcare sales for more than ten years before becoming the first Sandler Training franchise in the Carolinas in 1992. Sandler, the world’s largest training company has recently been added to the Harvard MBA program for its
exceptional excellence in communication and executing business development skills. "Finding Power in Reinforcement," Jim has over twenty five years of working with companies of all sizes and types to ‘find, hire and keep’ great employees; most especially in all aspects of business development. Additionally, his training and public speaking experience in communication, sales and sales management makes him truly an expert in Sales Force Development. Working with entrepreneurs, international, national and regional companies as well as career professionals, Jim has a long list of clients. As a consistent “Diamond Award” level winner with Sandler, Jim’s personal commitment is that each of his clients receive greater than a ‘20 to 1’ return on their investment. Married for more than 30 years with three grown children, Jim and his wife have resided in the Charlotte area since 1985.
